Sommet Group Buys Nashville Arena Naming Rights

The Sommet Group, who sponsored the Nashville Predators' post-season run, has bought the naming rights to the Nashville Arena.

I think this will do very good things for Sommet. For one thing, I had never heard of them until they sponsored the Preds. Now I know that their name is pronounced "Some-ay" and that they offer payroll processing and HR services.

I'm very happy for the Preds, too. They already have the best fans in the world, but they needed some local business support as well.

According to the Tennessean article, signs on the building formerly known as the Nashville Arena will change today.
